These .040 1100 aluminum. wing root fairings were thoroughly peppered with hail dents (difficult to see in this image, but pretty severe).

Our Air Hammer planished the damage out easily in just a few hours without significant stretching.

Check the fit!

The painter gave them a detailed inspection and said, "These are ready to paint, no sanding needed."

Kent used the Plastic Planishing Lower Die Set with a Large Upper Hammer Die, and hammered the dents out from the reverse side. The parts came out beautifully (“Even better than I imagined they would!”) He also used a #1 Light Air Motor to work the metal gently.
