6" Disc Sander Combo

This handy pneumatic sander is variable speed and runs very nicely at 90 PSI's. Fits both large and small hands very well. Originally designed to grind welds, we have converted this machine to do delicate and finish sanding. All you need is a box of 6-inch sanding disks (80, 240, 320, or 600 grit). You will be able to polish any type of metal to a very high luster. Kent originally used a DA set on "rotate" only for his chrome and polished brass work. Then in 1977 he machined an adapter for the 5" weld grinder to save weight and keep the RPMs up, while keeping the DA sticky pad. It is still an excellent design. Comes with specially machined adapter and pad.
