This handy pneumatic sander is variable speed and runs very nicely at 90 PSI's. Originally designed to grind welds, we have converted this machine to do delicate sanding. All you need is a box of 5-inch sanding disks (80, 240, 320, or 600 grit).

We machine this adapter out of stainless for durability. It is made to adapt a 6" adhesive backing pad to a 5 inch grinder for precise sanding. This combination makes for an excellent finishing tool for doing polished work or for doing prep for plating.
