To register for a workshop, please follow steps 1-3 below. If you would like more information before you register, please call our office. We accept enrollment right up to the start of the course if space is available. However, due to limited space, we suggest you register early. If the course you are interested in is already full, you will be notified, and your name will be place on a waiting list. (we occasionally have cancellations).
Step 1: Call, fax, or email and reserve a space.
Please contact our workshop coordinator by phone, fax or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and asked to be placed on the reservation list
for the workshop(s) you are interested in. Be sure to include your name, telephone number, and email address. We will contact you within
a few days to follow up with an enrollment agreement.
Step 2: Submit an Enrollment Agreement & Tuition Deposit
An Enrollment Agreement and a Tuition Deposit of 50% per day attending are required to guarantee your spot in in a course. The deposit confirms
your enrollment in the workshop. The tuition deposit is applied against the total tuition for the workshop. Deposits are refundable if a
cancellation is received in our office at least 60 days prior to the start of the course. Our complete cancellation policy is outlined below.
Step 3: Registration Packets, Questionnaire and Final Tuition payments
Upon receiving your Enrollment Agreement and Tuition Deposit you will receive a Registration Packet, which includes Frequently Asked Questions
and Answers, preparatory course materials, and a Questionnaire regarding your goals and a short statement telling us why you wish to attend the
course and what you wish to learn. Please return this Questionnaire at least 7 days prior to the workshop start date.
The remainder of the tuition due for the workshop must be paid upon arrival at the workshop. We suggest you register early as all of our workshops have limited enrollment.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations for tuition deposits received 60 days prior to the course start date are fully refunded.
Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to the course start date permit the student to transfer the tuition deposit to another course at a later date.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the start of the course receive no refunds or transfer options for the tuition deposit.*
No refunds are given for cancellations received after the workshop is in progress, or for no-shows.
*In the case of a student's prolonged illness or injury, or a death in the immediate family of a student or any other personal or professional circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the program, the school at its sole discretion, will make a settlement that is reasonable and fair to both the student and the school. The school will propose a settlement within 30 days of receipt of notice of the situation.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum participant requirements; in which case participants will be informed as soon as possible and all money will be refunded. We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a course cancellation. Although our courses are generally full, if cancellation is a concern, we recommend purchasing a refundable airline ticket.
