Large machines, equipment, and Special Orders.
Special orders and large equipment may require different "terms" for pre-payment or deposits, which will be included on your estimate or invoice. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any and all "drop shipped" and "special order" tools and equipment. Customer is responsible for return freight and insurance. Items must be returned in "new" condition.

Backorders & Discontinued Items
We try very hard to have all items in stock at all times. In the event that an item is out of stock we will not charge you for that item until it ships unless the item is under $25.00 or the item will be in stock and shipped to you in 5 days or less. Although we try to be as up to date as possible with all of our items we have no control of items that are manufactured outside of our company and drop shipped to you. In the event that an item is discontinued we will contact you to offer you the replacement model or may cancel your order. If the item arrives to damaged in anyways we will take care of it and a new one will be shipped right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a lost / undelivered package, we will file a lost package report on behalf of our customer. Most delivery services do not consider a package to be "lost" until it is more than 48 hours late for delivery. However, please contact us as soon as you suspect your shipment is lost, and we will do our best to begin the tracking process. Please be certain to provide us with your home and work (or cell) telephone numbers in case we need to reach you regarding your missing shipment.

Although we do our best to pack all of our shipments carefully, occasionally shipments do arrived damaged. Should this happen, please contact us immediately, and be certain to save the original packaging / shipping materials. Often the validity of a damage claim is based on the shipper seeing the original packing materials. We will replaced goods that were delivered damaged as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge Sales Tax in the State of California.
