If you really want to join a large B-sized hose to the Meco torch or any other torch with an A-sized fitting, then we the female A to Male B adapter fittings. Keep in mind this set up will make you torch feel very clunky in your hand.

Female B to Male A Adapter
These are the same fittings that are included with the Ultra Light Weight Hose. These allow you to adapt an A-sized hose to your B-sized regulators. Although you could also use these to adapt an A-sized hose to a B-sized torch it is not recommended to the reduced flow rate. You would not use a garden hose to attach a fire hose to fire hydrant would you?

Male A to Male A Adapter
These are best used to connect two A-sized hoses together for increased length. Keep in mind there may be a minor drop in pressure & flow rate as your hose length increases so you may find yourself running your regulators a little higher in pressure with a longer hose.
